We are the Calareso girls: Christine, Angie, Dianna, and Julie. We are sisters who want to change the world by changing the way we celebrate Christmas.

Instead of purchasing gifts for our friends and family, we want to generously give to people in need. This is truly what Christmas means, whether you are a Christian trying to follow Jesus' example of caring for children and the poor, or whether you simply enjoy Christmas as a joyous time to be together with friends and loved ones. No matter how you come to Christmas, we hope you'll consider sharing joy alongside us.

2023 Project Announced!

This year we are spotlighting the heartbreaking suicide epidemic.  Suicide rates are the highest they have ever been, and no demographic is immune.  Indeed, suicide rates rose across every age demographic including those 65 and older, and are  especially  pronounced for veterans, minorities, and LGBTQ youth.  Specifically, r esearch shows that a LGBTQ youth (ages 13-24) attempts suicide every 45 seconds.  We know that many of you, like us, have been personally affected in some way by suicide.   These numbers feel overwhelming, but there are tangible ways to help. Because of your generosity over the years, we feel called to feature not just one but THREE charities committed to suicide prevention, and we have set ambitious goals to donate $10,000 to each, or $30,000 total.  You can give to all three charities or just one, but we encourage you to check out the amazing work that all of these organizations are doing to bring life and hope to those who are hurting.    1)  988 LIFELINE –  www

Hope for Our Sisters wrap-up

This Christmas, with the help of friends, family, and many others, we were thrilled to raise enough to give 15 girls a second chance at life. Below is a portion of the email we received from Brooke Sulahian, President & Co-Founder of Hope for Our Sisters. ... We at Hope for Our Sisters are still in awe of all that each of you did for those suffering from fistula! You put aside your own needs and desires at Christmas and gave generously from your heart for girls and women you will most likely never meet or know.  Most of these girls and women have spent their lives deemed as property that can be easily replaced, bought, traded or sold; yet through your donation, you told them that they matter, that they have value, and that they are worth it.
